Written by Liberty In response to conservative friends who promote the city of Martinsville, Indiana running their own water company. I have to say this has given me a bad case of gas. With a nervous blotted stomach I will type softly as I write not to erupt unexpectedly during my post making any more of a mess than I have already. Since this wouldn't have seemed possible maybe it didn't happen. Maybe we are all three on the same page but just using different fonts. My post wasn't meant to disagree with my conservative freinds. I guess I look for openings in letters, articles and opinions to expand the conservative free enterprise system our founders established as the guaranteed foundation for all our other God given rights ability to exist. The systems in Government are designed to make all decision based on political popularity making it impossible for them to make good business decisions. This was by the framers design. This secures the free enterprise all our right depend on. Government was never meant to ever compete with the very people it reports to in any enterprise that exchanges goods and services for payment. First because that doesn't make sense. It's not logical for an employee to forcibly take cash from his employer and use it to unfairly compete for his business. Secondly, by structure, it's impossible for the government to compete in enterprise. The government has absolutely no quality requirements in service, no need for profit to expand, no do or die reason for success, no need to run in the black or to pay bills and absolutely no ability to attract and keep competent expertise in any endeavor it stumbles into. Finally, a government has access to a perceived bottomless pocket of the tax payer and taxpayer backed loans making it completely impossible to run in the black. Schools, Post office, Heath Care everything the government runs cost us twice as much as free enterprise charges with at least 30% less quality of service. Explaining why health insurance companies ( as planned ) will be forced out of business long before the payout of services are fully realized. Would you say that if the city government of Martinsville set up a stand stocked with rotten vegetables at the farmers market, then, to fill their money bucket, simply taxed those who passed their stand who didn't stop to buy, while the private farmers had to pay more to attract the sales by providing the freshest produce in order to fill their money bucket, so at the end of the day the city had twice as much money in their bucket as all the others who had to provide the most attractive tomatoes to gain sales ? Would that be competing or the preferred way to buy vegetables.? ? Rotton ones at that ? I call that more like " Vitameatavegamin " ( Click Here ) for a better understanding. Watch the complete clip for the full analogy. The government promotes themselves as having good and healthy ingredients in their efforts at phony enterprise but all along the ingredient the don't list on their label will make us comfortable and addict to paying for more than just a unhealthy dose of non-nutritional crap but since we are addicted we will keep asking for more no matter how bad it taste or how much it cost. The government doesn't have to sell vegetables, they only have to keep us happy and addicted to them. I believe Toms statement covers why a government that has to run on political popularity can't run a business. A Government has and will simply put us deeply in debt behind our backs before doing something politically unpopular. This is the #1 reason socialism fails every single time. I have watched a whole nation fall victim to the "Red Plague". Most have survived and fully recovered some still suffer from it's chronic effects. I am extra precautious of how and where it's viral bacteria inters the conservative blood stream of a community. Perfectly health conservative Americans who you would think was way to fit to ever get sick have been eaten up with this Red Plague. I've seen it and it's not pretty. I've been to the morgue, I've watched the bodies being stacked. Sometimes I have to step outside and toss my cookies. Keeping the government out of business is the only know treatment for the disease that has wiped out most of the countries on earth. If you see even the slightest symptoms in your family members be sure to intervene and take them right away for treatment that is if you love them and others they may come in contact with. Who would have thunk that the socialist terrorist would use Vitameatavegamin in spreading their Red Plague. I refuse to recognize any disagreement with you brother. You know how I feel about that. I'll just say that the state government already regulates monopoly utilities. For profit means for success and quality. I think we all want that. I say buy stock in the new company that provides us water and profit from it. Then we'll have more control over the operation than we do now. ------ Question of the day. Can anyone name a towns water company in Indiana that request their customers to boil their water more than the Martinsville's socialist run Water company ? The prize for the winner is a free bottle of Vitameatavegamin. !!!! .

Prepared by Berit Kjos......Has our education system failed America's children? Not in the minds of "progressive" educators and utopian globalists. They have yet to fulfill their revolutionary vision, but they are well on their way to a tragic victory. So while you and I decry the destruction of an academic system that produced nearly 100% literacy (at least in California) -- seventy years ago, others cheer the changes that have traded facts for fantasy, truth for myths, academics for collective socialization and individual thinking for group manipulation. It happened slowly -- largely through stealth and deception. Today's educational establishment, birthed over a century ago by John Dewey and his associates, learned early the tactics of social transformation: infiltration, propaganda, secret councils and continual multiplication through networks of influential new organizations. New York city Mayor John Hylan described it well back in 1922, "... the real menace of our republic is this invisible government which like a giant octopus sprawls its slimy length over city, State and nation. Like the octopus of real life, it operates under cover of self-created screen. It seizes in its long and powerful tentacles our executive officers, our legislative bodies, our schools, our courts, our newspapers and every agency created for the public protection."[1] D. L. Cuddy. This malignant "octopus" grew until its tentacles reached around the world. Strengthened by its countless affiliates -- including tax-exempt foundations that shared its vision and funded its programs -- NEA leaders and their international partners won power and influence in every strategic corner of the world. All along the way, they were molding minds that would fit their quest for a new world order. From the beginning, they were determined to destroy the old education system in order to build the collective world of their dreams. Reporting to the annual NEA meeting in 1935, Willard Givens (soon-to-be executive secretary) wrote: "...many drastic changes must be made.... A dying 'laissez-faire' must be completely destroyed and all of us, including the 'owners', must be subjected to a large degree of social control.... The major function of the school is the social orientation of the individual. It must seek to give him understanding of the transition to a new social order."[2] Samuel Blumenfeld. Psychology would provide the "scientific" tools for that transition. Dewey -- who equated individual thinking with insanity -- had begun experiments with behavioral psychology even before 1900. Half a century later, B.F. Skinner outlined the practical steps to behavioral control. "Operant conditioning shapes behavior as a sculptor shapes a lump of clay," he wrote in Science and Human Behavior (1953).
